Babel like Fools

Babel shows how humanity is fallen and sinful. We all have not only a tendency to strive against and away from God but a natural drive to do so. The tower shows us not only where a multiplicity of languages came from but the nature of humanity to build cities and towers for self-glorification seeking personal security, identify, and purpose not in God but in the self.
