3 Prayers for Fall Fest
“But seek the welfare of the city where I have sent you into exile, and pray to the Lord on its behalf, for in its welfare you will find your welfare.” -Jeremiah 29:7

The church will hold it’s annual Fall Fest on Saturday, October 26 from 2-5 PM. Fall Fest is one of our biggest and most important outreach events of the year – and we need your prayers to make it a success! Here are three prayers for our Fall Fest:

• Pray for Guests: Research shows that people are most likely to drop out of church when they move to a new town. Research also shows that people are becoming more and more isolated and less and less involved in community. Pray that the Lord will send many such people to our Fall Fest where they can be exposed to a loving community serving a loving Savior.
• Pray for Volunteers: Fall Fest is hard work! There are games to be set up, food to be served, and booths to be manned. We need all hands on deck to serve our community on October 26. Pray that many volunteers will sign up, show up, and show off the goodness of God.
• Pray for Conversations: The magic of Fall Fest is not in the games or the event itself. The magic of Fall Fest happens when people who love Jesus mingle with people in our community. Pray that many conversations between church members and community members will take place. Pray that God will use those conversations to integrate the community into his church.
