Thank you for giving Shannon and I the grace to learn how to be a young ministry family.
 
Thank you for being our family away from family as we started our family.
 
Thank you for encouraging me.
 
Thank you for letting me make mistakes.
 
Thank you for allowing me to stand in the pulpit of Christ Presbyterian for five years. Preaching to you has been one of the great joys of my life.
 
Thank you for giving me the privilege of marrying you, burying you, and baptizing you.
 
Thank you for the food, the fellowship, and the friendship that you shared with us.
 
Thank you for the privilege of being your pastor. Thank you for the honor of being your friend.
