Meet The Migas Family: Michael, Carrie, Ava and Conner.
Michael was born in Illinois and moved to this area after his family dipped their feet in the Gulf of Mexico a few times! The pull of the white sand was strong so they moved to the area in 2005.
Carrie McClelland Migas is a Baldwin County gal, born in Daphne, Alabama.
Michael and Carrie first met and became friends while they were students at The University of Mobile. Later on they began dating; they were married in 2013 and the rest is history!
Michael works in “e-retail” and Carrie works in the home along with all that entails. She worked with DHR for a couple of years.
They have two of the cutest children! Ava turns five very soon and she loves the colors purple and pink; you may have recently seen the beautiful gold strands in her hair. She is big sister to two year old (turns three this year) brother, Conner who is a huge fan of Duplos (the larger version of Legos.)
When the weather is nice, they enjoy taking walks together as a family.
One very fun fact-- they live on the same street as our pastor and family, The Fosters!
Christ Presbyterian enjoys finding ways to reach out to the community; one of the ways that happens is through the annual CPC Fall Festival. It is so good to know that this is the door The Migas Family walked through to find CPC! We never know how the life of a family may be touched through an event such as Fall Festival.
Carrie and Michael like that the church isn’t overwhelmingly big and they like John’s sermons as they have a biblical focus.
By the way, you may have noticed Michael in the bell/chime group when they played for Lessons in Carols in December.
We are so blessed by The Migases and what they bring to this church family. Take the time to get to know them and please include them in your prayers as you think of Michael, Carrie, Ava and Conner. Blest be the tie that binds!
